Product Overview
Air-insulated busbar trunking uses air as the main insulation between conductors, providing a robust and serviceable system for high-current power distribution. It is commonly installed in industrial plants, high-rise buildings and utility projects where cable routing is difficult or space is limited.
We supply air busbar from 100 A to 6300 A with custom sections, bends, tap-off units and IP protection. The system is manufactured according to GB7251.6 and can be configured for horizontal, vertical or mixed installation.
Each busbar section is tested before shipment and supplied with layout drawings, test reports and installation documentation. We also provide export packaging for sea and air freight.
Before production, our engineers review the project single line diagram, protection scheme, metering requirements, cable entry and local grid standard. After approval, we complete factory assembly, routine testing, export packaging and documentation, and provide commissioning and after-sales support after delivery.
