Product Overview
Dense busbar trunking is used to distribute high current in industrial plants, data centers and high-rise buildings. The low-loss design uses insulated conductors in a compact housing to reduce voltage drop and installation space. It is a practical alternative to traditional cable distribution for high-current and long vertical runs.
We supply dense busbar from 100 A to 6300 A with custom lengths, tap-off units and IP protection levels. The system can be configured for horizontal or vertical installation and is manufactured according to GB7251.6 and IEC requirements.
Each section is tested at the factory for continuity, insulation and mechanical assembly. We provide layout drawings, test records, installation documentation and export packaging.
Before production, our engineers review the project single line diagram, protection scheme, metering requirements, cable entry and local grid standard. After approval, we complete factory assembly, routine testing, export packaging and documentation, and provide commissioning and after-sales support after delivery.
