Product Overview
Combined and pad-mounted transformers are compact outdoor transformer stations used at the boundary between medium voltage distribution and LV consumer networks. They combine a transformer, MV protection and LV distribution in one enclosed unit for ring or terminal power systems. This design is widely used in utility, residential, commercial and solar projects where space is limited and installation time must be short.
We supply ZGS11 and YZB-40.5 configurations at 10 kV and 35 kV with capacities up to 1600 kVA and 4000 kVA depending on the project scheme. The unit can be customized with oil-immersed or dry-type transformer, HV switch, LV main breaker, metering and lightning protection. The complete station is tested at the factory and shipped with drawings, test records and installation documentation.
For export projects we confirm the earthing system, cable entry, protection and local grid standard before manufacturing. Commissioning and after-sales support are available after delivery.
Before production, our engineers review the project single line diagram, protection scheme, metering requirements, cable entry and local grid standard. After approval, we complete factory assembly, routine testing, export packaging and documentation, and provide commissioning and after-sales support after delivery.
