Product Overview
The prefabricated substation is a factory-assembled HV/LV unit that combines incoming medium voltage switchgear, a distribution transformer and LV distribution equipment inside one weather-protected enclosure. It is designed for utility, commercial, industrial and renewable projects where a compact substation must be delivered and energized quickly. Factory assembly reduces on-site work and avoids coordination between separate switchgear, transformer and LV panel suppliers.
We build prefabricated substations in YB series configurations from 12 kV to 40.5 kV with transformer ratings up to 4000 kVA. The enclosure, transformer, HV switch, LV switchgear, metering, protection and auxiliary systems are configured for the project site and local grid standard. Each unit is completed, tested and documented at the factory before shipment.
For export projects we confirm earthing system, cable entry, environmental conditions and protection requirements before manufacturing. The unit is supplied with drawings, test records, export packaging and commissioning support.
Before production, our engineers review the project single line diagram, protection scheme, metering requirements, cable entry and local grid standard. After approval, we complete factory assembly, routine testing, export packaging and documentation, and provide commissioning and after-sales support after delivery.
